Adding Network Printer - Windows 7

1.First, you need to click start and select “Devices and Printers”.


2. Click Add a Printer


3. Select “Add a network, wireless, or Bluetooth Printer”.

4. Choose “The printer that I want isn’t listed

5. Select the second bullet option “Select a shared printer by name”. This text box is where you will enter the printer name that indicated by the sticker on the front of the printer installed by SPS Information Technology as shown on the example screenshot below.
