Solutions:

Resolving Issues with Touch

Issue:

You can’t write or touch in certain areas of the interactive whiteboard.

There is dropped or intermittent ink/touch when using the pen or your finger.

Solutions:

  • Remove any artwork, pieces of paper, or other decorations that have been attached to the sides of the interactive whiteboard. They could be interfering with the camera views.

  • Calibrate the interactive whiteboard.
